爸爸妈妈，对于一日三餐的健康说法是“早餐要吃好，中餐要吃饱，晚餐要吃少”，所以希望你们晚上不能吃得太饱，吃得七八分饱就好，才有利于晚上的消化。可能爸爸妈妈都是从那种饥饿的年代过来的，所以可能特别怕吃不饱，但是为了身体着想，晚上不能吃得太饱。
