Theres an old saying that a goal without a plan is just a wish. As a student of Zhejiang University, only having a dream of becoming a scientist after graduation is obviously not enough. In order to realize my beautiful dream, first and foremost, I have to make a plan of how I am going to spend the four years in college.
I always believe that as a student, I ought to put academic achievement at the first position, because considering realistically, if my GPA is not high enough, my chances of getting into the worlds leading graduate schools will be almost none. Whats more, the four years college life is the best time to eich my knowledge which is going to be very useful for my future career development. Therefore, during the four years, I am going to work really hard and spend most of my time in the library to learn as much as I can.
Besides, I have to join some school clubs for the purpose of training my communication skills and organizational and management abilities. In modern society, cooperation is needed everywhere. Even the smartest scientist cannot achieve anything in his laboratory without the help from his colleagues. When working with people, those abilities will help me a lot to get along well with others.
As the saying goes, _time cannot be won again_. From now on, I will make my every effort to fight for my dream, and I firmly believe that one day it will come true.

All of us experience faihtre every now and then. A merchant may fail in his business, a clerk may fail in his duty, and a student may fail in his examination. Failure or the threat of faihtre is something that we have to live with all our lives.
Althoug, h some people will avoid failure at all costs, some people welcome it. Failure can be a good teacher. It always teaches us to be better the second time around. As they say, _The more you try, the more youll succeed._
There is some wisdom to be learned from failure. If we can learn to turn a failure to our advantage, we will have learned another secret to success. Failure is the mother of success and success that comes after failure is so sweet.

I had a long holiday for May Day .I was very happy, because I could do anything I want.
During those days. I enjoyed myself. At first, I went to the zoo to see lovely animals. And then. I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes. That was very interesting. Secondly I went for a trip with my parents, we went to Linxia to visit my grandparents and to eat minority’s foods.
We rode horse on the grassland and had a fun with local children. It was very exciting. After that, I held a party and invited some of my best friends to visit my house. My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us, we also took many photos on the party. We played very happy. I also watched lots of carton films at home, they were wonderful.
I like the holiday. I like my May Day.
